"Very good hotel. Small but well located and clean. I booked the 2 penthouse rooms which were good - so cannot comment on the other rooms. Centrally located in Gozzo. The only concern is that the reception desk is not always manned to help with customer needs. Also very disappointed about asking the hotel to help with the airport transfer service where charged £85 £4 city tax to share a taxi with another family but when made my own way back cost me £52 "

"This was a Brand new quality hotel, inside and outside. To be honest I have some issues I can not rate above 5 stars. Excellent breakfast too. Just tell team which kind of coffee you want! I recommend it without any hesitation. And I also recommend visiting Gozo for 2 days with a rental car. There are so many places to discover and beaches to cool down (August is hot) Thank you Ramona for your hospitality, recommendations and help to book the rental car at a price lower than on internet.
