"Wonderful property! Great views of lake Thun. Helpful, friendly and bilingual staff (I speak English). Superior double room was fantastic! Large, clean, modern, great balcony with great view. Spa was ridiculously nice and included (save massages)! Underground parking included too if you are touring, which we were. "The hotel was beautiful with a great view of the lake from our room. Diner was very good and the front desk was helpful in giving us ideas for activities. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable for me but my husband didn’t mind. It was also a little stuffy in the room so we opened the windows to get some lovely cool fresh air in the morning and evening. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fassbind Beausite. Dani, Linda and their beautiful dog Heidi are incredible hosts. In the days leading up to our reservation there was lots of communication about check in and what was on offer. The free bus pass made it easy to get from Interlaken to Beatenberg. "It is super wellness resort. The wellness area was great. Rooms were very good, and clean, very friendly stuff. The only thing is that it is a bit close to the main road where there are lot of car traffic. But apart from that the hotel is absolutely to recommend."

"Great property, breakfast included and 4 chf per night for parking. Great breakfast and views are breathtaking from the room. As property were old and under construction, there was bit mess around and no fans or AC. We left windows open with lights off so no bees or insects visit us. However, we enjoyed best mountain views with easy parking and great variety of breakfast. "

"We had a nice stay. The hotel is near the train station which was great as we had two days from Interlaken. The hotel was very quiet which we always appreciate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The town is not that big so everything is walkable from the hotel. "

"While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road."

"Visited Hotel Roseli from Hawaii. Owner Jean-Louis is very nice and visits with you during breakfast. His son is also very helpful. Whole staff is great. Nice neighborhood, quieter than the busier Interlaken which is only a two block walk away. We would stay here again. Aloha."
