"Our stay was excellent. However, we could not figure out how the hand-held nozzle in the shower worked, but it did not impede our stay. It would have been nice to have an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub in the indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate with food items refilled often."

"Beautiful home, ensuite washrooms were blessed because of sharing with other guests. The breakfasts and snacks were delicious as well, lots of selection. Comfy beds, its was quiet, we didn't find out about the beautiful backyard and balcony until right as we were about to leave otherwise we would have liked to hang out there for a bit to relax. If we ever find ourselves needing to be in the area overnight we'll definitely be staying there again!"

I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you. But not here. The person at the desk not only took time to read my list but gave very thoughtful responses, including the assurance that he would personally make sure the management saw it. "Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."
