"I read all the bad reviews on this property and booked anyway because it was a quick stop and we wanted the best rate. The check-in attendant wasn't overly friendly or chatty - as others have said - but wasn't rude. I didn't read the sheet i signed - I understand it was a no refund policy. Whatever. I'd let the CC company go after them. I was confused by the pictures as it seems like some rooms have been updated. Ours was not. We were on the first floor in one of the 5-ish rooms that are inside...
