"Loved this little apartment with laundry facilities. It is modern and tastefully decorated. It is literally a stones throw to everything in the old city. Lovely cafe downstairs called Cakestar. Absolutely loved my time here and would gladly stay again."

"Robert was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and explained anything we needed to know. The apartments are on the main square in a brilliant location. Our apartment (No 4) was enormous with everything that you could possibly need. It was very clean, on the 3rd Floor overlooking an internal courtyard from which there was a lift, so no stairs to climb. The apartment did have 3 steps to the entrance door, but not a problem for us. Would definitely stay at the Rynek Glowny Apartments again."

"We loved our stay at Portal House Apartments! It was the perfect location, so close and walkable to so many sights, shops, restaurants and super easy to catch a tram from there to head to other parts of the city. Our room was very spacious and it was nice to have a little balcony! The staff were all lovely and very helpful throughout our four night stay! Would definitely stay again!"

"What a fabulous hotel. Central to all attractions. Great welcome with lovely staff and a bottle of complimentary Prosecco. Lift to upper floors. Room spotless and a good size - more like a small suite (room 107). Free soft drinks replenished daily and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with hot food cooked to order. Bed comfortable and air con easy to use. Would recommend and return. "
"The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful, spacious room which was thoroughly serviced every day throughout our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with all aspects of our stay. The breakfast area was a delight and the kitchen staff provided a wide variety of delicious foods to savour. The hotel is located in a picturesque setting within the old town, which made sightseeing so convenient, within easy walking distance of the main streets and places of interest.
An absolute gem of an hotel. Thank you"
"The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. And there is someone at the front desk 24/7 which is very convenient. The room I stayed in was very cute, quaint and had everything I needed. Bathroom was clean, in good working condition with instant hot water and stocked with body wash and shampoo.
The breakfast is included. There is a very good coffee machine in a common area, with fantastic espresso, free refillable water tanks and a sitting area. Very clean, quaint and comfortable hotel. Great location too. There’s even a nice restaurant at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I visit in a free months. "
"Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. Would definitely revisit"
