Overnight staff seemed to be distracted when asked questions. But the room and linens were fine and comfortable. Overall, worth the cost for a one night stay. "

"We reported the room had bed bugs. The response from the desk clerk and supervisor was dismissive. The breakfast pancake maker has been down for over 6 months. I stayed 3 nights and was charged 4 nights. No one showed any compassion for my legitimate complaint. Overall, the experience was horrible. The Holiday Express needs severe up training in accounting, customer service, and cleaning protocols."
