"The property was unique and beautiful. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to many things. We arrived early before check in and they sat is in a lovely lounge and provided tea and snacks while we waited. The breakfast was fresh, generous and delicious. Definitely would stay there again"

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."

"Beautiful old hotel across the river from the castle. A great location for easy walking within the city. The rooms could use a bit of an update but the room was clean and a good size. We would definitely return."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."

"Kieran, the owner of the property is amazing. He runs a great B&B and it is welcoming and cozy. He’s like an uncle that welcomes you into his home and makes you feel special at every step. The only thing I would note and this is not a criticism is that there is no lift in the building for those that require one. I would stay here again if in Derry and will recommend it to anyone!"

"Overall a good stay. I would not rave about our experience there, but there is nothing truly bad about the experience."

"The hotel was good. Not anything crazy. There were some very very noisy guests who were partying non-stop from 6 pm until about 2 am. Staff was informed and made an effort but the partying continued. Rooms are a bit outdated but it was a fine property for a quick stay in Derry."

"Great place to sleep and a clean shower. Parking is free, but you will drive down a narrow alley to the car park. We had a VW Golf that fit just barely down this alley. Easy access to keys and room."

"Clean room, big smart TV, nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Overall it’s a nice hotel apart from the bar restaurant area had very loud music with a singer all evening. It was so loud that the staff couldn’t hear us properly to take our order and ended up ordering the wrong food. We couldn’t hear each other speak and in the end had to go and sit out side."

"Nous avions réservé un sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel et avons été tres agréablement surpris par la beauté des lieux mais malheureusement cela ne compense pas pour de nombreux défauts qui ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de notre sejour de façon optimale. Les horaires de check in/out sont peu commodes : arrivée à 15h et départ avant 10h. Sur les lieux nous avons réalisé que nous n'avions pas reçu de code d'entrée ni de details d'acceuil.
