"Great room with fantastic sea views. Lovely pool which was not over crowded while we were there. Plenty of seating/loungers and shade available if you prefer to avoid the sun. Staff were very helpful but be aware that the kitchen closes quite early so if you want a meal in the evening be prepared to visit one of the nearby restaurants. The marina is a short walk with a nice atmosphere. We had an excellent lunch at Trata (fish/seafood restaurant) that also seemed popular with local families."

"Nice clean room with very comfortable bed. Beautiful view off balcony. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. The disappointing part was that the pool closed at 7 and didn’t open til nine am so we couldn’t use it at all as we were in for one night prior to a flight the next day. Also the gym closed at 7 pm and didn’t open til 7 am. Some of the equipment was inoperable."

"This hotel would have received a higher rating, however both days that we stay there was construction being done above our room. Loud concrete drilling at 8am. This is unacceptable since there was no notification when I booked the hotel and when we checked in. In addition, we arrived earlier 11:30am and checkin was at 2pm the front desk clerk asked if I wanted to check in early the cost was 30 euro…. Never mentioned that there would be construction over our heads… Very disappointed and there...

"THERE ARE NO WATERSLIDES!!! We rented here specifically for the water slides listed on the hotel pictures & they are more than 30 min away at a waterpark off property with separate fees for entrance & transportation. Many families were checking in with us very upset about the same problem. With that being said, it isn’t a bad property for children as they have a kids club & other activities for them plus food is all inclusive."

"Staff are exceptional and very helpful. Minor replacement/reno was completed without even asking. Parking was accommodated. In good proximity (a drive to some nice beaches (Marathonas, Sxinia…). Great time that we extended to another night . Would recommend if you need to be in the area and away from the centre."

"Don’t message them via Expedia. Use WhatsApp. I couldn’t access my WhatsApp so I had to message my husband in the states to message the host for me. As an American instructions on how to use the key would have been great. I spent 30 min turning the key back and forth just to find out that the key was inserted upside down. American locks only let the key go in one way. The shower was Luke cold at 2am but maybe that’s a Greece thing bc their hot water heaters are solar. Over all clean and...

"Just what we needed before heading to the airport in the morning. Chroma reservation and communication went well. The room is a bit worn but everything was clean and price was good in comparison. Several restaurants and a patisserie and really nice small grocery with in walking distance on the main road. Nice neighborhood in the back to walk around."

"I have no clue how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. The hotel was so old and pretty worn out. The photos you see on the website is over photoshopped. I found a long hair in the bathroom floor and the shower walls were stained. "

"The room was clean. Clear instructions on AC use. The showers were great. However we had three rooms and two of the three had a weird smell. It smelled like the bathroom. When we called the guy to fix it he couldn’t smell it so I let it go. We were only there for a night so I suppose tolerable. If not for the weird smell I would have give it 5/5. For the price point it was good."

"We had such a lovely welcome to this hotel after a long journey. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful and didn’t judge that we couldn’t figure out the elevator 😂. We were excited to see the beach, just the steps from the hotel restaurant. "Not a good experience. The host was good but the airport shuttle was a horrible car very dusty. And broken buttons and handles to roll up windows. Bathroom had small mites and insects. Breakfast started at 8am and early fliers cannot depend on it. Return shuttle was an a bigger van again very dusty and not well maintained. Overall bad experience."

"My stay at the Aloha Inn was superb, I want to go and stay there again. Lots of complimentary water in the room, various complimentary snacks, the rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated. The host is lovely. The Inn is within walking distance to everything that Artemida has to offer."
