Maria was extremely welcoming and nice, and her husband came to the airport to pick us up after only 10 min we messaged them! We particularly appreciated this after a long exhausting flight from Sydney !! The place was very well kept, new, spotless and very quiet. "Veraba country house is a little gem of a property provided you don't mind being away from shops etc and a bit of aircraft noise .It is set among olive farms out of town about 15 Mins drive to Athens airport. We had a couple of days there to rest up before the flight back to Australia. Breakfast and dinner are provided and you can order in food from a restaurant in town if needed in between. "
