Really nice hotel, a short walk from Princes Street and the tram stop, so very convenient but also very quiet too. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. "Loved our stay in a 2 bed apartment in Braid apartments. Beds so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave ! Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment. Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites. Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived.
