"The room had a clean but very dirty feel to it...like a very cheap motel seen in movies. No blinds in the window-just cheap cloth shower curtain-ish look. The carpet was visibly dirty. I could not wait to get up and leave the following morning. Unless a total and complete renovation is done, never again will I reserve a room there. Ever."

"The rooms were not cleaned. The staff is not prepared to greet you or help you the parking you had to hunt. The valet is down you don’t know whether you were getting your car or not. The bar was never open. The elevators did not work you had to use the stairs or service elevator for all weekend."

"Great getaway for my hubby and I! We ate at Ruths Chris and it was amazing. Enjoyed the breakfast that morning before heading home! Room was nice and clean, staff was super nice as well!"
