The staff were very good. When we requested clean bath cloths and towels, they were prompt in bringing them. The refrigerator would not get cold. The beds were pretty hard. I have arthritis so it probably wasn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast was always great. We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine.

Breakfast was better in the past, better quality and more choices. I have food allergies and there wasn’t anything I could eat. The coffee could definitely be better. We have been going here for years so hopefully with these suggestions some changes could be made.
