The innkeeper, Robin, was delightful and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us settle in and feel at home! We loved the B & B! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (so important), a nice wide staircase, delicious and filling breakfast , tasty treats and spoils daily. It was a short walk to historic downtown also. Highly recommend Casa De Suenos

Very close and walkable to Old St. Augustine! Breakfast was good. It was nice having a king bed on the ground floor! Great parking, and the hostess was very sweet! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great place for a romantic getaway. Or when you want a St. Augustine trip that won’t require driving. Get there, park, walk to most everything.

Very friendly staff, Robin was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was adequate, but nothing special. We had a nice sitting room next to our room. Well located near the attractions and restaurants we were interested in.

Fantastic staff with a delicious daily breakfast, happy hour and even a dessert in the evenings. Anthony, Tina, Robin and Saba all made us feel welcomed and enhanced the enjoyment of our stay.

They make the best breakfast daily. In fact we wished we could have just eaten every meal there. It is within a mile of everything in the Historic area. We got to see all the rooms and they are all cute. At night you get a fresh baked pastry and a drink and veggies with dill dip.

Great Stay
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this charming bed and breakfast in St. Augustine (Castillo Room)! The innkeepers were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the location was amazing, and everything was impeccably clean. We can't wait to return for another visit!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It is a quaint and homey place. Lots of nice amenities and extras. The happy hour, the nightly desserts, discounts on tours, water and coffee…. The room was so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

The property is downtown Historic district, which was nice, but the cost was $$$$$ for this tiny matchbox room with hollow core doors and hallway lights shining in around the door edges into our room at night. Had TV on volume 7 or 8 and next-door room occupant told us to turn it down. The bed was the best thing about our stay. I would look elsewhere. Sorry not worth the $$$$.

Felt like I was sleeping back home vs a rental property. Anthony greeted us when we checked in and gave us excellent insight on the area and restaurants to check out. Wish they had easy to find recycling bins.

Room small but comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good location. Disappointed with balcony. Booked for birthday and wanted to sit on balcony in evening with birthday drinks etc however balcony more like a window ledge. Should make that clear on booking information

Wonderful B&B downtown in the old city. Check-in was a breeze, the Valencia room was a wonderful, king bed, large bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi and a large balcony. Barbera was a wonderful host and happily adjusted the breakfast menu to accommodate dietary restrictions. Parking was on site and included. We didn't move it for our entire 4 day stay - we easily walked the city and visited all the nearby sites.

This was our first trip to St. Augustine and Casa de Sueños provided ideal accommodations. The orientation to the city provided by the afternoon manager was extremely helpful. In fact, all the staff members were wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was consistently delicious. A social hour was provided nightly as a way to meet other guests over a beer or a glass of wine. Cream sherry was available for the room upon request and desserts were prepared daily to be taken to the room for later consumption as an after-dinner snack. Shopping and dining were within easy walking distance. An easy 5 on a scale of 1-5.
