"Our stay was magical!! We were able to check in a little early and we were allowed to leave our car before check in so we could enjoy walking around and sight seeing. The location was perfect, it's close enough to walk to most of St Augustine's attractions, shops and restaurants. Cons:
Parking, it's a few blocks away and they charge you extra for it plus extra for housekeeping
May need earplugs as close to bars (depending on time of day)
Needs some updating- the tub was peeling, there was a towel rack not fulling attached to the wall, a missing curtain rod
It's labeled a bed and breakfast but there's no breakfast"

"I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. "Gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Enjoyed drinking wine and sitting on terrace while looking at the bay and watching sailboats. Wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Delicious breakfasts and 5pm social with drinks and food. Great location with walking distance to St. George St. Enjoyed walking on the old paved streets and looking at the old homes. "You won't find a nicer and more relaxing place to stay. We stayed in the 'light green' portion, with river-facing room on the second floor, with a beautiful view of the Bridge of Lions, and all the boat going by, (and the often present 'pirate ship') . "There was no breakfast to be had. No one picks up the phone when you call or email. I told them.i needed a room on the ground floor. Instead they gave us a 2nd story room where i had to climb up about 30 steps on an outdoor staircase and i am disabled.
