"We stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend to go snowboarding to Mountain Creek. It was a great experience as it was very close by and had restaurants and a liquor store walking distance. The room itself was very very nice! We did not expect that, but were happy to find out! The bed was big and comfortable, nice big table, mini fridge, and microwave. Also we had a MASSIVE smart tv. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable with great hot water. Jackie checked us in and told us to text her for anything we needed. We only had to text her once for small question about the heater and she answered very promptly and nicely. Check in and check out was excellent as well. Only two things I believe could’ve improved our experience. One, the floor was dirty. Not enough to see stains or anything like that but we could feel tiny rocks and debris which was very annoying, specially before getting into bed that we had to wipe our feet. The other thing was the bathroom sink. It would take its sweet time to drain. Sometimes we had to take turns brushing our teeth, washing our face or hands to wait for the water to go down to prevent overflowing. However those two were minor issues with all the other great things. Will absolutely come back for my next visit to Mountain Creek!!"

"We are on our trip from Ottawa to Florida. The room was very clean and well arranged. Microwave was available in dining area. Heating was perfect as it was -11 F outside. Receptionist was very professional and friendly. Parking was an absolute breeze as our car was parked right in front of our room. Very nice place to rest one’s head for the night with a nice breakfast to start the day. Could not ask better for the price. Would stop by anytime again in the future."
