"I felt bad for the front office staff that had to deal with all the angry customers because the cleaning staff was not quick I did early check in at 3:00 and still did not get a room until 8:00 p.m. and this was happening with many others our rooms were not clean any in the five days that we stayed there we had to go by your own room and dustpan to clean up some the game room nothing worked and they will charge half a day if you want to check in early early but yet they would do nothing about not being able to check in at their 4:00 check-in time my room is 4 hours late and they did not offer any kind of half day rate or anything to compensate as if they would have charged if I would have been too early this property has gone completely downhill it has always been my favorite to stay at when I go to Florida however I would be willing to pay a different place for different kind of service and know the channels do not all work on the TV"

"The room was clean. They were doing balcony construction and they made sure NOT to mention that fact until well after you booked the property. Also, my reservation dates were messed up by the management company. It would have been highly inconvenient if they had not found a comparable replacement unit for us just in time. I appreciate the customer service help with that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The beach was great. The resort was enjoyable and I am happy with my stay overall. "

"The kitchen had no utensils, but I brought my own. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. It was a little noisy at night, but everything else was good."

"The amenities displayed in the booking summary are nonexistent, this place is currently remodeling which should be displayed upon booking. We booked for a 10 night stay checked out at night 9. We received no room service the entire stay! The most they did was pick up trash and dirty linen from the door no actual cleaning done. Maintenance man was prejudice, made inappropriate commentary to me in the elevator which staff was made aware of. A $1,200 stay and we weren’t even able to do laundry on property! I would absolutely not recommend this place until they are up and running with the proper management and have finished remodeling. "
