"This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Lovely location right by the water. Well decorated, clean room off a little walkway to the back of the main building which was super quiet. Parking near the hotel was a bit of a challenge as it seemed to be the peak summer season but the staff were helpful to point out a free parking lot a short walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of options to choose from and wonderfully attentive staff. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed exploring the waterfront area...

"Rarely can I say that everything about a hotel booking was perfect - the whole experience exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. We were visiting the Fringe as part of our 21st anniversary, I'd mentioned it a while back when I booked. I also asked if we could have a room with a view and be quiet if possible.
