"For carrying the Hilton name the history of the hotel Astoria, there was no value for the high price. General staff with cultural approaches to make you feel the problem is "you". Food quality is below other times we stayed there. Budget cuts? Not on rates!!! AC not working properly. Maintenance staff stating "it a good temperature " when you want another. Every issue had to go to upper management. Instead of training staff to deal with it right away. In the end , there version of " we are...

"In the middle of the night, all the electricity went out. We were moved twice to a room inferior to the one we had paid for. The next day the hotel manager refused to offer a discount because of this inconvenience. I would not recommend staying there"

"A quiet spot in Sheikh Jarrah, amidst the hectic bustle of east Jerusalem. Great location, with easy walking distance to the Old City (5 minutes), Salahaddin street (2 minutes), Mamilla Mall (10-15 minutes), Yafo Street (10 minutes). Breakfast is basic but good quality. The courtyard is lovely, and a great place to relax. Wonderful place and I always enjoy my stays here."
