"Brand new hotel and it shows. Nice clean deco. It is also very trendy due to the rooftop bar. The restaurant downstairs seems also trendy but honestly I was not impressed. Nevertheless, can't complain about any part of my stay at Puro. And of course, can't beat the location."

"A Wonderful and Accommodating Stay! We had a truly wonderful time during our recent stay! The hotel was exceptionally good and highly accommodating from start to finish. Both the location and the overall cost were absolutely superb, making it a fantastic choice for our trip. Every staff member we interacted with was cheerful, polite, and very approachable. There were a few moments where I found it slightly difficult to navigate the best local customs, but I am sure that was just a learning curve on my own end. Additionally, I was occasionally a bit confused about the exact schedule and process for when the rooms would be cleaned. That being said, our room was never dirty, and we always felt very comfortable and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again on a future visit!"

"It was okay experience but the AC temperature in the room was not right and set to 27C. We complained 3 times , eventually they did changed the room but it was awful at night as the temperature stayed at 25C and couldn’t adjust to low any further. Apart from that breakfast was good and swimming pool and sauna was good too."
