"It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too."

"My stay was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite the confirmed 12:00 PM check-in time, I was made to wait until 2:00 PM without a satisfactory explanation or apology. The reception staff were unwelcoming, aggressive in their attitude, and far from customer-friendly. Instead of making guests feel valued, they came across as rude and unhelpful. A warm welcome and courteous service are basic expectations in a hotel like "The South Park"and unfortunately, the experience was bad...
