"Really warm welcome and chat with Mary - an absolute superstar who helped check us in, even though she had finished her shift! Our room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was just right with a variety of fruit, cereals, and breakfast baps. We will absolutely return."

"Cannot fault this property at all, the hosts are so welcoming and love that you get a tour around the facilities. We booked the spa for my partners birthday and it is a little slice of heaven! Then we played a few games of pool in the bar/lounge area before heading to our room. The area is great, permit parking super easy outside the property, and great recommendation for breakfast the following day (Farm Kitchen). "Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, modern but in keeping with the age and style of the building. Breakfast was fantastic, with a really nice menu to choose from. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!"

We loved this unique boutique hotel which has been decorated & designed with care & passion. Local transport was brilliant & Southsea is a hidden blossoming gem which we’ll be back to see next year! "This is a lovely old building is close to everything on the sea front - 5 minutes walk to the Historic Dockyard (it has close views of the Spinnaker, the harbour, and HMS Warrior). The bus and train stations are across the road, and the shopping centre is no more than 10 minutes away. Add the free car park, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and comfortable rooms, plus the big choice of places to eat within half a mile, and you have the ideal hotel to stay in when visiting the Portsmouth area."
