Hotel Dekat Springs Leisure Centre

"Fantastic Branch of the Hilton Family. One of their best."

"Bathroom door wouldn’t unlock from the inside when locked. Staff overworked and busy so fixed myself. Breakfast ran out of several items eg bacon, hot chocolate, tea cups. Toaster burned bread on one side. All despite it being not very busy. Two members of staff seen on serving duty plus one person checking you in for breakfast but only about 12 people or so eating. Service should be better. However three bath and threes small towels provided for a family stay which was handy."

"A really nice place and staff were also extremely helpful and friendly"

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"The description does not state anywhere that this property is a a house share. It specially states when booking, that you and your guests will have entirety of the property to yourselves. Upon arrival, the host was at the property and told myself that he would be staying in the room above. There were no safety precautions in place to separate ourselves from the host. The host then offered us a refund, but when contacted by Expedia declined this. Appalling customer service."

"Loved this place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the service with a smile very welcoming. Will definitely return here."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel - fabulous food. Exceptionally clean room, lovely bar, excellent food. Definitely will be returning."

"We were very late arriving but they held the rooms for us and night manager was extremely kind to us knowing how exhausted we were. We were very pleased with the rooms and how clean there were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One evening we took advantage of the 24hr menu and must say the pizza we a ordered was very good indeed. The breakfast was amazing and choices had something for everyone. Overall I would stay there again."
