I was moving a freshmen into college so the hotel’s location near Bed Bath and Beyond, Target and Walmart was very convenient. I did hear while I was there that the hotel will be temporarily used as dorm rooms for UMass. The students will be getting some pretty swanky dorm rooms. This is as of August 2022. "While I knew this was a lower budget motel, my expectations were not even met. When I opened the door to the room a horrible smell came out - strong mildewy dank smell. By morning it almost had a sewage smell to it. The room was hot and stuffy, so I rutned on the AC - but in order to get AC you couldn't have the blinds closed because they closed over it. Good stay...
"Great location, big room, and great service. Here for a weekend passing through CT. The hotel really needs a deep clean, as the couch in our room had stains and spots, and the shower floor looked liked it had not be scrubbed in weeks. The bed was very hard, but other than that it was a good stay. The front was getting repairs to the tile floors, and the gym was getting upgrades and not in use. The pool was freezing, so don't expect a nice dip! All in all, would stay here again, just don't expect the best"
