The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of. "The 3 course meal was al a carte status, excellent made by chef/ owner. Lovely bedrooms and v clean and owners very welcoming. Lovely views and walks nearby. For children the wildlife park is worth a visit nearby. "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Amthweight Hall, the accommodation was excellent, as was the staff, they couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was 10 out of 10, and again, very helpful, as my wife wanted her coffee a paticular temperature, and strength, they bent over backwards to make her perfect cup of coffee !!
