"We arrived at the establishment a little earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in time. I had made a request when we made our reservation, a few weeks prior, if we could have a bit earlier check in as we were flying very early in the morning. "Our experience was fine. Older hotel, so room had usual lack of power outlets. Also, shower head was extremely short. The parking was extremely limited, with a $30/night fee. I assume that they also have access to some of the adjacent impark lots, but that wasn't clarified for us."

"The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. "

"Only complaint I have and isn’t a biggie. It’s that there is only one ice machine in the lobby gift shop. It takes a long time to walk if you’re at the end of the hallway and don’t want to do a shortcut and go out in the cold. The hallway corners could have a few ice machines tucked in them. Other than that the place is great! Great pool with slide! And the restaurant upstairs is nice with friendly staff!"

"It is an older building. So the room design is a bit weak. The toilet is very close to the door. Only one at a time to use that area. So if your 2 getting ready in the morning it have to be 1 at a time. As the sink toilet shower are all right area. Parking was ok. Staff fellow was fast to check if in. $125 cdn. "We have stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Edmonton Downtown before and decided to return — and once again, we had a good experience. The hotel is quiet, cozy, and clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Since the hotel is located in downtown Edmonton, there are quite a few homeless people in the area, so it’s something to be aware of, especially in the evening.
