"Staff was great. Kind and generous. We just had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The carpet was not vacuumed. Window had hand prints everywhere. Bathroom needed a wipe down. We had to ask for toilet paper. Which is fine but I do think if they clean it and see that there is not enough on the roll for several days, it needs a new roll. "I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower. Extremely disappointed for what we paid."
