"It was an amazing weekend the time I spent at Maritim. The location is so perfect close to rhine and beautiful view. The facilities were excellent with gym, swimming pool. Very clean and well maintained property. Overall it was a perfect weekend getaway! Thanks for an amazing time!"

"This apartment worked well for our needs as parents of three young adults. Pros: location was close to some restaurants, streets were fairly quiet. When we had a problem with the shower drain, someone was there to fix it within 30 minutes. Amazing! Comfortable beds, enough places to store luggage. Cons: Had to download an app to get the apartment info. Had to download another to use laundry. The dryer took hours (not exaggerating) to dry a small load. We ended up hanging things in our room. The shower didn't drain well at first, and then it didn't seem to be sealed well because the bathroom floor was always getting wet during showers. I noticed a small handprint on the living room mirror and what looked like makeup smeared on the wall next to it, likely left by previous tenants. All in all, it was a fine place to sleep when we were out exploring most of the day."

"Ein großes Seminar Hotel, was auch (sehr günstige) Zimmer für Reisende anbietet. Gute Fahrradgarage. Einfache aber zweckmäßige Zimmer. Abends gibt es ebenfalls günstiges und gutes Buffet. Draußen sitzt man hübsch an einem kleinen Teich. Frühstück auch gut inkl Croissants. Sicher nix für die Flitterwochen/ aber für einen Zwischenhalt sehr einladend. Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam"

"I attend the UN Climate meetings in Bonn each year, and have stayed in Bonn and in small towns on both sides of the Rhein, to the south of the city. All places except one have been satisfactory, but this one stands out as special. The aesthetics are simple but pleasing. My room was spacious, especially the bathroom, though this is a renovation project and all rooms may not all be cut to the same size and shape. Everything worked. Even with a shared inner courtyard where neighboring voices could sometimes be heard, the place was still and quiet. It is a short walk to the regional train stop with good service to Bonn. The town truly features the river, and the meaning of it is present to take-in, not by explanation but by what you can see for yourself and the way people are using it in their lives. I'm sure many have said the breakfast is wonderful. But you need to experience that for yourself. I am reluctant to praise this place as much as it deserves, because I would like to return and hope rooms will be available and at the very reasonable price."
