The link to contact them for check in instructions did not work. The phone number on the email did not work. It took us almost an hour to get in touch with someone. The only way we got in touch with them was through someone already staying there. And there were no towels.

Auch nachts recht laut im Haus und durch die Lage an einer vierspurigen Ausfallstraße und vor allem der Rheintalbahnstrecke. Keine Handtücher, auch nicht am Waschbecken auf dem Gang. Surrende offenliegende Elektroinstallation auf dem Gang.

Er is geen receptie, je moet de eigenaar bellen om de sleutels te brengen. De kamer zelf was overal schoon, maar de keuken en badkamer niet, de keuken was heel vies.

Unfassbare Unterkunft. Nicht zu glauben, dass es sowas gibt. 1. Check in dauert "nur" 45 Minuten ( wartend vor verschlossenen Türen) 2. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Zimmers lies auch mehr als nur zu wünschen übrig (offene Steckdosen, Krümel unter dem Bett etc.) 3. es gibt nur ZWEI Parkplätze im Hof des Objektes!!! 4. Es riecht sehr grenzwertig

Location was pretty good. Live bugs in the kitchen. Smell of smoke in hallways and kitchen. Bugs crawling from bedsheets to luggage. Oil all over kitchen. None of the dishes were clean.

It took many phone calls to get to be checked in, the first of which ended by being abruptly hung up by the person answering it. Even after all those phone calls I still had to wait quite a while by the property before I was let in. I'm not too fussy but this house is not in tip-top condition, so to say. A couple of examples: The higher part of my room door had a gap wider than a centimetre. I received a brief visit of a little cockroach. I was told that breakfast was complimentary, but I only found it laid out in the kitchen on one of the three mornings I was there. The other days there was a bit of butter and some orange juice among other things that seemed to have been lying there for a couple of days. There was no one making sure that the kitchen was kept clean, although I guess some guests may be partly to blame for that as well, if they didn't clean after themselves. Other than that, the location was convenient for my plans. Train and U-Bahn were nearby as well as a supermarket. The public transport journeys to the places of interest in my agenda were short but overpriced. The distance to the Königswinter ferry was also walkable.

Nicht empfehlenswert.

Bisher der schlimmste Aufenthalt ausserhalb meiner Wohnung. Bekam ein Einzelbett in einem anderen Haus anstelle des Doppelbettes in der Koblenzer Str 131. Tuerklinke fiel ab, Schluessel drehte sich nicht richtig. Laute, rauchende Zimmernachbarn. Rueckenschmerzen vom Bett. Laut, auch durch stark befahrene Strasse. Immerhin kein Schimmel (aber auch kein Handtuch)

No seriouse complain but satisfied

The first impression was a bit disappointing because I was placed on a small room, contrary to what I booked, the radiator did not work and that small room was next to the toilet and wash basin which was not pleasant. But after raising the issue with the owner / agent I was given a bigger room. At every floor there was shower and and washing facility.. the doors to the rooms do not perfectly fit and they are gaps between the door and the frame but all are louckable. It was good for my purpose because I was out most of the time. Just using it to sleep and a base. The place could be made much better.

Eine "alles-außer-gewöhnlich"- Unterkunft! Schönes, altes, gut gepflegtes Haus mit supernetten und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Mobiliar nicht jedermanns/fraus Geschmack, aber massig Platz zur Verfügung - große Zimmer und sauber. Habe sogar ein reichliches Frühstück bekommen, das eigentlich nicht enthalten ist. Familiäre, wohlfühl- Atmosphäre!

Es war sehr schön.. gastfreundlich... sauber .... Kaffee und Tee steht zur freien Verfügung😊 es gab für jeden Gast eine Flasche Wasser und es lag ein Twix auf dem Kopfkissen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
