"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "Very good location and easy check in. Rooms are very clean & helpful staff."

"The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal."
