I had a small problem with the AC unit and it was fixed the same day, they communicated what the problem was and the fix. Overall my stay was amazing and the price was perfect. I rented this place for the two restroom convenience you dont get at a hotel. It was perfect for my family of 4. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and just outside of town so not a lot of traffic and I was comfortable with my kids having their own room next door. It was also still convenient to get to town."

"The room was mostly clean and looks like it has recently been refurbished. The bench in the room was extremely strained. The staff was very friendly. Suggest that you call ahead and request a room in the building away from the main road. There was a lot of road noise."

"Beautiful historic hotel. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the historical walking tour and close proximity to Spokane Falls. One star was taken off from the whole experience due to the following: Both queen beds had wet sheets and partial wet comforters from sheets not properly dried. Housekeeping came to rectify the problem after being notified. Also, bathroom had prior guests eye contacts stuck to countertop. Makes you question the cleanliness of the room and after a long day of travel, the last thing a guest wants is to manage a hotel room for its basic purpose."

"The hotel was nice. The parking lot close to the hotel was quickly full. We had to park off-site. They gave you a โfreeโ breakfast and drinks at their bar. They say โfreeโ, but then charged me an extra $20 to cover the drinks and meal. If it truly isnโt free then donโt say it is. If you donโt drink or didnโt want the โfreeโ breakfast, then you are out $20. Other than that the accommodations is very close and walkable to downtown."
