Spacious room with balcony and beautiful bathroom. Nice size pool and hot tub. Location was perfect. Outside Spokane traffic but close enough. Airport is a short distance. Lots of great shopping. Will stay again."

Hotel itself is just ok, more of a motel style, AC was a little loud but worked great. Rooms were well insulated we couldn’t hear much outside."

"This is a beautiful hotel and walking distance to so much. I was disappointed that at check in there was only one person on duty and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because the man in front of me had some sort of problem. Same goes for checking out. There was no key drop box that I could see and she was helping someone. When I asked if I could just give her my key she got an attitude. I was surprised with a hotel of that size that only one person was at the desk especially for check ins."
