Wow, I am so sorry to hear your stay was not everything it could have been. Frankly, we did not hear from you at all during your stay. It would have been nice to troubleshoot your issues during your stay to make your stay better. The emails you received indicated your room number and passcode. If they were a purported hassle, maybe that is why you did not know your suite number or passcode. Regarding our suites, all have newer individual 40-gallon hot water heaters. We have several sports teams stay with us and they really like the hot water availability. We will verify if your water heater maybe had a bad element. At the least, thank you for telling us via your review so the next guest will not have the same issue. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business and I wish your stay had a different outcome.

You are right, other guests have been pleasantly surprised as well. In think the original builders spared no expense on quality. That is a great idea about the night light in the bathroom.
