Very clean! Very kind and helpful staff. Large rooms for a family of 6 with plenty of space to spread out and 2 bathrooms!! We found the hot tub/pool area to be nice as well.

For the cost of a night in a room. The hotel is satisfactory. Little confusion about hot breakfast buffet I didn't see any. Later I realized there is a coupon in the envelop with your room door key (card) I wish the front desk person will bring it to my attention when checking in. She doesn't seem to be happy to be there. Maybe she had bad day. Overall for the reasonable price per night, I will definitely stay here again.

It was not as advertized in any way other than the swimming pool. Difficult to find almost no lobby The bathroom did not have the claimed amenities like soap, hair dryer. Thie property claimed to be a Inn and suites, but the rooms were very small etc..

This hotel is not for elderly folks. It does not have elevator. End to end only have stairs and swimming pool is shared with Super 8 motel. Super 8 have their buffet breakfast but this hotel give you voucher to Denny’s which give you 1 small drink and 3 items. Feel like they are trying to make sells for Denny’s.

This is the Super8. They share a property and they come to use the pool. It is very small and rundown. There is no breakfast there. They give you two vouchers and it takes well over an hour to go to Denny’s. Our room was not ready, and she basically told us too bad without trying to solve an hour past check-in time. The front desk lady was very rude and not accommodating in the slightest. There’s no cold filter water anywhere at the hotel. It’s in a sketchy area.

Inexpensive but not great. Breakfast provided is a packet of instant oatmeal. Pool towels are the size of hand towels. Generally clean which is nice. Some of the Front desk staff did not seem to enjoy their job or care to be there. As long as your expectations are reasonable for the price, it is a great place to stay. The online pictures are very deceiving.

Our stay at Silverstone Inn and Suites was exactly what we needed. It's conveniently located right off I-90. Our room was clean. We used the pool/spa as well as the guest laundry. Nice to have those amenities. The partnership with the Denny's was a great option for breakfast. We were able to get healthy options within our dietary needs. There's no elevator, so that could affect some guests, but we were fine being on the 3rd floor and using stairs.

was not impressed with the hotel for the price. it’s a run down super 8 that the name was just changed. Bfast also sucked, only option was oatmeal, orange and banana but there is a Dennys vert close by. won’t be staying again.

I absolutely loved how they gave out coupons for Denny's for breakfast. I think the beds needed upgraded. I also thought the pool could have stayed open longer or been a 24-hour pool like most hotels I stayed at, my kids didn't get a swim very long and that was the one thing they look forward to when we stay in a hotel.

Property is run down and way over priced for what you get. Bathtub and toilet had worn spots that made them seem dirty even if they weren’t. Sticky spots on the carpet. Right next to highway. Bums hanging out in vacant lot behind the building. On a bright note, the front desk lady was VERY nice and even offered us a room on the top floor, end of hallway to help with the hotel full of noisy kids.

Friendly staff at check in, easy parking, secure entry with room key at convenient areas. Nice tv! Bed is comfortable with white cotton duvet. lighting is versatile. Abundant plug ins with usb in bedside lamps. No heavy scents that might cause allergic reactions. Good value, simple, clean, convenient. Hot water for tea available round the clock in common area, which has family friendly entertainment features. My new go-to for Spokane stays.

My granddaughters loved the Turkeys and watching them. When I had a question, the front staff & housekeeping was very friendly & knowledgeable. Plus the price was very reasonable. Thank you 😊
