I felt uncomfortable for most of it. There was dog poop in the hallway my whole stay, no one cleaned it up. My blanket was sticky. The bathroom was clean and there was a nice kitchen though.

Key repeatedly failed to work properly, power in entire room was lost when trying to turn on the heater and wouldn't come back on (it's Spokane so nights got to 15 degrees) and had to change rooms. Staff was great about trying to fix issues, but the property itself needs to be maintained so much better than it currently is.

The place was very run down. Smelled. We went to check in & the person in front of us asked for a refund due to their room conditions: smelled bad, bed was dirty and room was run down. The office smelled bad when we checked in. After this, we decided to check into another motel and did not stay. It appeared to be a flop house and the people that were hanging around were super sketchy. Would never stay there and would not recommend it anyone. I can't believe Expedia did.

I did not realize that this is a place where they place people with mental health problems and low income. I know I wasn't staying at a high end place but the environment felt very uncomfortable. I was happy my husband was with me for our daughters volleyball tournament on this one. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Not safe. Dirty. Gave us a room with somebody already apparently living in it, garbage piled outside room. Opening the door, a dog or two started barking at us. Unbelievably bad.

we came to the hotel to check in and we had a couple safety concerns It's a weekly rental for apartment studios with a lot of crazy people and crackheads, we didn't mind it at first but we checked in and got our room number and when we tried to go to our room and there was a crazy lady in their still moving out all her garbage and stuff and started screaming. I would not recommend this to anyone that is traveling alone, families, business travelers...this is not the environment to be in. When we requested a refund for our stay, it was denied. TAKE CAUTION when booking at this establishment.

I really hate to leave a poor review, but feel this may be the only way change can be made. Our double room wasn’t cleaned when we entered the room. One bed was missing the bedding. We informed the front desk, so they gave us another room. Unfortunately it was only a single and there were 3 of us. We informed the front desk, so they said they would send the cleaner right away to our original room. We were in a hurry to get to a concert, so didn’t wait around. When we got back from the concert around 11pm the room still wasn’t cleaned. We had no other choice, but to stay so my husband had to request bedding to make up one of the beds. It’s in a decent area with quite a few amenities around. We felt safe. We likely won’t stay here again though.

Had to get manager to remop the dirty, sticky floor and change the dirty comforter, also door lock was not working properly and the shower head was not attached to the shower wall. They never fixed the shower head. I understand helping low income people but i don't think all of their customers were low income

Stayed one night and the check in lady took for ever to get people checked in. there were homeless people smoking on the stairs. The room wasn’t clean only one blanket not even a comforter. Dried blood on the sheets and the toilet tissue holder was missing as well as the back to the remote so the battery’s would pop out.

Smelled like smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking room, no comforter on the bed (they were out of comforters) and just about the loudest noisiest overnight I’ve ever had anywhere in my life… televisions on all night long I eat no such thing as quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM.

The room was a little spartan. Only came with one towel and no shampoo, conditioner or location. It only came with one bar of soap. The door was hard to open. The shower head was broken. Overall the room was very clean and large

Worst night sleep ever
Check in clerk was very unfriendly. Floors were dirty. Bed uncomfortable. Refrigerator loud and rattled. I had to unplug it to even go to sleep. Heat was uncontrollable in the room. There wasn’t enough bedding. When sheet as in like it. Won’t ever stay here again.

The staff were very thoughtful. I did feel safe, but the mattress was old and bumpy. The stove was not in good shape. It took very long for the griddle to heat and longer for it to cool. There was a nice microwave that I didn’t have proper dishes for, I should have stuck with that. The room was ok, but not the best. The price was pretty fair if money is a concern.

I walked into my room and immediately left and checked out without staying in the room. The smell of cat urine was so strong it burned my eyes when I entered the room. The rooms are not clean, smell awful, and the accessibility to upper-floor units is inconvenient.
