Everything about the hotel is terrific--clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. The big problem is noise. I didn't sleep at all because there's a loud speaker across the street telling loiters to move off. This goes on all night.

We have stayed at this specific location several times and never had issues previously. During our initial check-in there was not a room available that was accessible so we had to wait. Said room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We relocated to a non accessible room as that was all that was available. ...

Centennial Hotel Spokane
Vacuum hallways. Saw the same stuff on the carpets for three days. Main hall to lobby from east tower and 4th floor. Elevators had spilled drinks. Just in newd of cleaning overall.
