The place is located in a perfect spot to walk down to Split or walk up to Marjian Hill. The hosts are kind and good communicators when you have questions. It’s a very clean and comfortable place! I would highly recommend that THIS is the place to stay when in Split. We were very pleased with everything about it!

Great place to stay - close to old city centre

Really nice apartment close to the old city centre (5 min. walk). The small kitchen had all we needed. Bathroom was super fine incl. washing machine. We could have our breakfast outside the apartment at the terrasse.

The place was excellent and quiet. The hosts were the best and very friendly. The room had everything you need for two people. There was also a flat screen TV and a cooking place. There were small and cute turtles at the yard. The way was short to both the old town and the outdoor areas. I can only recommend!

Clean and nice studio in Split old town

Nice and comfort stay in Split old town. Be aware that taxis don't drive in front of this hotel because it is a very small street with dead end without any possibility to make turn. Short walk to Split old center had some stairs so I would not try with luggages that way.

Very nice stay

Very clean room and friendly staff. Close location to split harbour, would definately reccommend. Slight difficulty finding the location on google maps, but came out to find us when I rang and told them the troubles.

The property is extremely conveniently located in a beautiful quiet residential neighborhood just a 3 minute walk to the beginning of the old city and 10 minutes to the furthest parts of the old city, and 15 minutes to the bus station. The hosts were extremely accommodating - they even did our laundry !! (So neatly too!)- and were living just next door so they were always available and offered us anything we needed. Everything was so clean. Great stay!

Lovely stay at Studios Ani (5 days in Split)

We (couple) stayed at Studios Ani five nights, and are very happy with our stay! We were welcomed by the host upon arrival, he showed us the studio and let us know that we could just knock on the adjecent apartment if we had any questions. The studio consists of a medium sized living room/bedroom (one large and very comfortable bed, a small table, tv), a small kitchenette (reasonably equipped, could use some extra knifes but otherwise good), and a large bathroom (big shower, washing machine, lots of towels upon arrival). A BIG plus was the exceptional air conditioning as we happened to stay in Split during 35+ degreee weather… The studio has, among other good features: first aid kit, iron, coffee machine (nespresso-like variant), washing machine, TV, air-con, kitchenette with fridge and two cooking plates. Some earlier comment mentioned the house being noisy; we rather found it comforting to know there were people in the vicinity if something should happen. The most ”noise” we experienced was children talking when leaving the house. Nothing that bothered us. The studio is located just 5-10 min walking distance west of Riva, and 10-15 min to the bus station/ferry port. The area felt safe and tidy, thus no complaints about the location. The price also feels reasonable, considering you can prepare meals if you want, and its closeness to town means you don’t have to take a taxi/bus to get around. Overall we really recommend this accomodation! /Elvira

Locoation of the room was great. Perfect for 2 people and having a small washing machine was highly appreciated. Safe box in the room would have been better. Overall, great little room with the owners very close by. Thanks 😀

Ivo war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben,sehr sauber und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man /wir benötigt/en! Die Unterkunft ist ca.5 min,fußläufig, bis zur Altstadt in Split.Es gibt dort viele Lokale und Supermärkte. Wir waren begeistert von Studios Ani! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Séjour parfait à split

Tout s est très bien passé dans ce joli appartement propre dans une maison de particulier . Le lit était très confortable et la kitchenette ne manquait de rien frigo bouilloire plaque dosettes de café. L appartement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de marche de la vieille ville où se trouvent beaucoup de restaurants et la magnifique riva. Les propriétaires sont charmants et habitent l immeuble sans être invasifs

Jättetrevligt boende i fint område på lite höjd med fin utsikt över staden. Från boendet kan man till fots nå både stränder och stadskärna. Om man inte kräver att det ska städas varje dag och kan bädda sängen själv så är detta ett toppenalternativ i ett fint och bra område!

Bonito y cómodo apartamento a 5 minutos del centro. Los dueños unos encantos, siempre pendientes de todo. Muy limpio. El único inconveniente es el apartamento, bastante complicado para aparcar. En definitiva muy recomendable.

Centralt boende till ett billigt pris.

Centralt beläget boende till ett billigt pris. Nära till strandpromenaden och Gamla stan. Fräscht och rent i såväl sovrum, pentry och badrum. Trevliga ägare. Rekommenderas till den/de som inte behöver daglig städning och heller inte måste ha pool. Kan vara lite krångligt att hitta, taxi kör inte ända fram. Namnet, Studios Ani, står heller inte tydligt utsatt på huset. Är nog svårt med parkering om man kommer med bil.

Miła obsługa, ładny i czysty pokój, blisko do centrum, dobry internet i darmowe parkowanie. Jedyny minus to wąskie uliczki na których trudno wieczorem manewrować pomiędzy zaparkowanymi wszędzie samochodami.
