"The front desk people said that renovations were happening so no kitchen. Some one asked for a spoon and was brought a dirty one and told to wash it themselves. The showers were not well cleaned and the bathrooms often smelled of urine. There lockers are small and oddly shaped so luggage doesn’t fit. It was easy to catch the bus into the main tourist area but not many restaurants close by. The mall is a 10minute walk."

"We’ll start with the good: Comfy mattress, individual lights/power outlets and amazing location. Unfortunately, a lot to be desired. Opened in 2010, this would have been an awesome building at the time. But it feels like no one has maintained it since then. A broken escalator in the middle of the hostel has clearly been out of service for a long time. All of the storage cupboards in the room were either jammed shut or without keys. Hard to feel secure about your belongings. Additionally: - the...
