"The building is very old and has an unpleasant smell. We had to request a room change because the bed didn’t feel clean. Overall, it’s not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Stayed in a room with a king bed. As well there was a small sofa which made for a very comfortable sitting area. Very clean. Check in very welcoming and friendly. Appreciated the extra coffee and little creamers. The ice machine was handy as well as a vending machine. Have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. "

"I’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu several times for the convenience of accessing the airport, comfortable rooms and delicious food at the restaurant. Everything was great again for this visit. Only hiccup was when I completely forgot to add time to my parking. It has always been free to park at the hotel but they now have a third party system where parking is approximately $25 per day. This is disappointing as it has always been free and a nice feature of the hotel stay. So due to me forgetting...

"The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Beautiful property in a beautiful high end neighborhood. There were no surprise charges either which makes a great difference. "

"The property was amazing, beautiful room and decor. Can't rave enough about the stunning room and bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the airport and outlet mall. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The bed sheets were luxurious and soft. Only complaint, the pillows were terrible, way too thick. But that does not warrant reducing from a 5 star rating. Will definitely return next time we stay in Richmond."
