"Staff friendly "

"The space is beautiful. The location gorgeous. Some issues for me: There wasn't a place to fill up a water bottle. It was so loud. SO LOUD. The marble in the lobby is beautiful, but it carries sound. We heard every conversation downstairs, every laugh, every song played in the lobby, and every person walking through in the morning. We even could hear the elevator ding. The beds are super firm and with the partiers in the lobby until the wee hours and the early risers in the lobby right away, we barely slept. I bought ear plugs and it helped, but I wouldn't return due to the noise. We didn't eat at the restaurant. Breakfast isn't included. "

The bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned in months. Lamp shades were stained and moldy. Bathroom was moldy. There were stains on the bedskirt. Just overall filthy. "
