"I don’t understand how there can be any negative reviews. The property is rustic, it is a three star hotel that is priced for value in a very expensive area. Given that, the property is so well kept, designed beautifully and has charming apartments that are stocked with everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful as well! There are 5 beaches within a 5 minute walking distance from your door step and a grocery store a short drive up the road. It is a traditional Italian cottage style...

"Amazing place to spend some time with a loved one. In the mountain, quite and absolutely beautiful. If you are looking to get away, this is the destination for you. Top of the line service and the views are to die for. Make sure you have a car to get around if you want to go to Porto Cervo, it's an easy 20 minute ride. We will definitely be coming back to this gem!"

"Frederiko and Francesca could not have made us more welcome. They run and beautiful oasis away from the main hubs of Obia and Porto Rotondo but although peaceful it is not isolating and within easy access of all the normal amenities, loads of walks, beaches and small villages. "We really liked our stay, breakfast had enough options for Italy, and good coffee. Diner - salad & desert bar as well as choice of 3 served apetizers and main courses. We loved the memory foam mattresses and pillows. Staff was very nice from cleaning ladies through receptions until waiters, we even got an upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! The only thing that needs improvement is the door lock that kept getting stuck (it was a real struggle to open the room) and the extremly narrow shower… i...

"Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) das Frühstück ist ausreichend um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, ist sehr sauber und schön anzusehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, ohne diesen ist man etwas abseits. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter."
