"Staff were lovely and the room was clean and well kept. Food is okay not much choice, same every night with a couple different choices each day. Breakfast is the same everyday and leaves a little to be desired. Hotel is in the middle of no where, lovely Mountain View’s and nature but opposite a dilapidated shopping centre which is a bit of an eye sore. "This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! Broken cupboard in bathroom, broken toilet seat, no tissues, no tea or coffee sachets yet a kettle was supplied, we assumed 2 small bottles of water in fridge were complimentary, however we were charged 4 euros at checkout for taking them. The supermarket around the corner were charging 55 euro cents for a 2 litre bottle of water! The only positive comment is about the breakfast waitress who was lovely."
