"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"

"Great location, great staff. The chef and wait staff were equal to any 5-star in the world. The restaurant is exquisite. The grounds reflect the magic of the Costa Smeralda. A few added features would raise the this resort a notch: slippers and robes and working with the Piazzetta Porto Cervo to have a shuttle for shopping and to Spiaggio Pevero."

"We were supposed to be here 3 nights, but our flight got delayed. Long story short, we were only able to stay for 1. The staff were very accommodating and even helped us order pizza for our first night. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the baby bed was very spacious! Very convenient location as well. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything!"
