"Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint. "Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say ! It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. The bars, breakfast and restaurant were beautiful and they had great food & awesome drinks . even the DJ played good music. We did the spa a day before...

"Une bonne surprise après lectures des différents commentaires. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, la salle de bain nickel, le lit confortable, le linge propre et doux, mini frigo avec de l'eau... Alors oui, en effet, on est en bout de piste, sur une avenue très passante, l'isolation est inexistante. Mais faut faire des choix. Pour le prix, avec parking gratuit, et à 10mn de l'aéroport, il faut faire des compromis. En revanche non, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, deux tout au plus."

"The breakfast was outstanding! The room was hot, the a/c wasn't turned on when we got there and the outside temps were above 90 degrees F (33 degrees C)! They were having internet issues (so no internet to book other events) and their credit card machine didn't accept my CC and had to go to an ATM machine to get the remaining payment!
