"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, in Sioux Falls. We were all there for a basketball tournament and the big eating area was perfect for us when we were celebrating a kid's birthday party and having pizza after our games for the day! Kids loved the pool area. Hot tub was closed on Sunday AM, but the all night swimming was cool for parents!"

Overall, we love this hotel but there is one staff member who works in the dining room area for breakfast that is extremely rude. She yells at guests when they are getting food. I have spoke to and watched multiple guests that feel uncomfortable with her interactions with guests. She yelled at me today when the waffle batter machine was not working properly.
