"This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Check-in was seamless, the room décor was very fun, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well. I needed to contact the manager after realizing I’d made a mistake with my reservation, and he was responsive, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. I also ran into a staff member on-site, and she was just as lovely and welcoming. Excellent customer service all around. And the free parking makes this place an exceptional value!"
