"The room I had was clean and adequately furnished but the AC unit below the window was so loud at even the lowest fan setting that I had trouble falling and staying asleep. The selections in the breakfast room were minimal and the scrambled eggs I had on the first day were rubbery and tasteless. The coffee was also bland and tasteless. The woman at the front desk just said “I don’t control why they don’t do their job” when asked about it. This was the same woman who was talking on her cell speaker when we arrived to check in.
