"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

"Lovely modern clean room with gorgeous ensuite and roof terrace. Continental breakfast great, plenty of fresh choice. Staff friendly and fantastic central location. Would definitely stay again, thanks."

"Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. "

"The room was spotless and friendly staff on check-in. Only issue we had was the shower - temperature either cold or scalding hot - may be a thermostat issue although I’m not a plumber."
