"Excellent attentive staff very clean room no faults"

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful."

"From arriving the staff were so polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and were very well stocked with everything you would need in a suite stay. The included breakfast had a great variety of both hot and continental items. On-site secure parking for £13 was great. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great location, with loads of parking in the area and really close to the station (handy to get to Newcastle) and the seaside. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the check in, and was always responsive to our requests. The room was alright, even though the bed wasn't exactly comfy, and the timed fan in the bathroom wasn't ideal at night. The best thing overall was the cafe, in which we went for all the three days.
