- Cocoa Beach resort offers luxury shorelines, free water park, and upscale rooms for refined escapes.
"Walls are thin and you hear everything. Parking can be difficult if you’re in the front buildings. Beach is behind the 700 building. Nice pool and several sitting areas. Water pressure is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Tiki bar has slow service only 1 person working. Room is basically clean but still some sand on the floors. I’d stay again. "

Very clean and comfortable and I love that they have EVERYTHING you need for your time on the beach. (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) "

"The check in was perfect, everything was very good. Room was clean and access was easy with our cards. The hotel food was very good and the staff who served were excellent. They were on the spot with anything you need or wanted. The pool tiki hut great service at the pool and waterfront. We will stay again for sure. The hotel location is great beach front."
