"The lady at the front desk was extremely energetic and gave us all the info on breakfast, etc. The room was clean but the a/c was loud. The bathroom was clean but had hairs in several places, we didn’t have any face cloths, just hand and bath towels."

"Our AC was broken Our TV was broken No one was able to fall asleep with it 76 in our room. They finally switched us to a new room at 2:30 in the morning. Breakfast was also terrible."

"The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful during the check in process. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and always wearing a smile and greeting on your way in and out. Tables were always clean and food was abundant at all times, even in the busiest hour. Our room was in the 5th floor, facing the pier/beach. It was gorgeous!! "The original room we were given was dirty. The bed was covered in animal hair and there was hair in the shower. The staff on duty immediately changed our room. The new room was clean. They only had one working elevator which was not posted. This caused a lot of issues on check out day because a lot of people were cruising out of the Port. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle mix was old, food was not replenished and what was left was very cold. The kitchen staff was not helpful when told about...

"Staffs are very kind, but some room details are not very clean"

"I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd."
