"All was good except: lumpy pillows, no extra blankets, and terrible cable/satellite tv service. Bare minimum channels. No smart Tv's so, no ability to use your own streaming apps. These items are pretty basic these days and this hotel is new enough that these items should be standard. Staff friendly enough and helpful."

"Hotel is Nothing like the posted pictures - high state of disrepair & DIRTY. Might have been 3 stars 25 years ago??? bath tug was disgusting and the 2 towels were dirty - black streaks on both had to use foot towel to semi dry off. Tried to open window to air out room and it fell out of opening into my hands??? Should have slept in my car!!!"
